the room was very spacious and well-equipped. i liked the washer and dryer available in the room, very convenient. the staff were always attentive and ready to help, especially with local tips and insights. the location was central but not chaotic was nice.
i noticed some confusion with taxi drivers regarding vnd currency conversion at the start, it took some time to get clarification.

I must mention one thing. The breakfast buffet lacked some zest. Its selection felt rather monotonous over several mornings. I discovered a surprising charge upon checkout. Apparently bringing certain local fruits into the room incurs a penalty and I was not informed about it earlier. I suggest guests inquire about all hotel policies upon arrival so one can avoid unexpected fees. It appears one needs to be a mind reader or a seasoned detective to navigate these rules.
